The following situations may result in your affiliate commission being unconverted/revoked.

a. A referred client requests a refund or cancels the server within the first 40 days.
b. A referred client is verified as a fraud. Note: If you have withdrawn the commissions from a fraud order, we will deduct the available commissions from your other referred orders.
c. Purchased products are not direct hosting products, such as SSL or Domain.
d. A false referrer-referee relationship is identified. For example, if you register multiple accounts with us and order services from each account’s affiliate links, we will treat these orders are all from you. In this situation, you will not be able to withdraw these unadmitted commissions.
e. Referred clients fail to complete the purchase within the first 24 hours after the click of the affiliate link.
f. The products are not purchased via the affiliate’s link.

Receive a $10 one-time commission for VPS/APP order and $30 one-time commission for dedicated server order. Commissions are eligible for conversion after the orders remain active for a minimum of 40 days.
